S005 (CANADA) – Aviation Mgt Diploma, ATC Licence. Specialist in Safety Management, consulting in North America, Europe and Asia. ICAO Compliance Safety Auditing, airspace classification, rules of the air, instrument approach design standards, AIP production and aviation weather services.. Formally ICAO Air Navigation Commission Vice-President, Director Air Navigation Services & Airspace for Transport Canada.
