Extensive experience in commercial and operational management and reviews, business partnership searches in overseas markets, restructuring, performance management, exit management, sales directorship, strategy papers, market analysis and executive coaching.

I007 – Board level consultant who has extensive airline cargo experience the last 10 as a consultant. Specialist skills include economic forecasting, market analysis, route development studies, market research and customer surveys, cargo IT solutions, interim management and cargo training. Also has expertise n due diligence, bid preparation assistance, airline representation, cargo terminal design and equipment needs.

I009 - Experience in the aviation industry spans more than a decade bringing a sound understanding of most aspects of the airline industry, especially relating to international cargo distribution and management.  He has an in depth working knowledge of flight operations; warehousing and staff management; third party international airline cargo operational management (including special consignments such as CITES animals, special DG, etc.); station mechanisation; station management skills; flight planning and liaison abilities (also for Foreign Operator Permits and ad-hoc charters.)  Experience of setting up a South Africa Call Centre to centralise various functions. Has written and maintained Local Procedures Manuals (LPM) for stations as per JAR-Ops requirements.  Has designed and implemented perishable logistics solutions processes; tailor-made solutions for the automotive industry for MIDP traffic flows; the implementation of a freighter program; assisting in various acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures.

S020 – Specialist in Cargo sales and marketing, aircraft turn-round coordination including weight balance presentation, flight planning, flight watch, diplomatic clearance, catering orders, formally station manager Air Zimbabwe, Gatwick
