ULD Preparation, 2-Day course with Max. Of 10 Students per Class. Course must be held on Airport/Warehouse as half of the course is practical work i.e. ULD Inspections, etc. Cost varies re location i.e. Country and number of students on the course. All manuals/material are supplied. No re-certification required.

Live Animals by Air
1-Day awareness course with Max. Of 5-Students, on the use of the IATA LAR manual, Check Sheets, etc. Classroom only work so do not have to be close to the Airport. Cost varies re location i.e. Country and number of students on the course. All material are supplied, no IATA LAR Manuals. Certification required very 2-years due to change of Manuals.

Airside Induction
1-Day awareness re safety around aircraft with a Max of 10-Students, driving on Airports, General Safety etc. Cost varies re location i.e. Country and number of students on the course. All manuals/material are supplied. Based on Country specifications re AVSEC/Airports Authorities.

DG Awareness (non IATA Certified)
1-Day please note that this is AWARENESS ONLY with a Max. Of 5-Students per session, so the individuals will not be able to check for DG however, this is for Warehouse-, Administration and Loading Staff. STAFF CHECKING DG WILL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE FORMAL BASIC IATA DANGEROUS GOODS TRAINING COURSES. No re-certification required.

Cargo Introduction
3-Day with a Max. of 10 Students per session, covers the following Modules, Mod 1: Health & Safety, Basic responsibilities for All Staff, Mod 2: Security Procedures, Mod 3: International Master Airwaysbill’s, Mod 4: Geography, Mod 5: Acceptance of Cargo for Exports, Mod 6: Arrival of Import Flights, Mod 7: Overview of Dangerous Goods & Introduction to (not the same as DG Awareness as not as detailed), Mod 8: Live Animal Regulations & Introduction to (not the same as Live Animals by Air), Mod 9: Customer Service Training for Warehouse and Office staff, Mod 10: The 24-hour Clock and GMT (UTC) Times, Mod 11: How to read and Write Teletype Messages, Mod 12: Conversion Factors for Weight, Measures and Volume, Mod 13: Better Business Writing & Mod 14: Glossary of Air Cargo Terms and Index to the Training Manual. The mentioned modules can be excluded and therefore the max duration with al of the Modules is 3-days. Cost varies re location i.e. Country and number of students on the course. All manuals/material are supplied, No re-certification required.

Cargo International Module
2-Day with Max 5-Students per session (very detailed and therefore focused), Mod 1: Covers Acceptance Procedures, Terminology, Airwaybill Description, Airwaybill Construction and Distribution, Airwaybill Completion. Mod 2: Rating, Proportional's, Valuation Charges, Ancillary Charges, Rate Construction. Cost varies re location i.e. Country and number of students on the course. All manuals/material are supplied, No re-certification required.
